This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets forth the guidelines and prohibited activities when accessing and using SmartBuyers AI, Inc.’s ("SmartBuyers AI," "we," "us," or "our") website, services, and AI-powered tools (collectively, "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your access to our Services.

1. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our Services to engage in, promote, or facilitate any of the following activities:

A. Unlawful and Harmful Use

C. Misuse of SmartBuyers AI Services

• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of our Services.
• Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with our Services in ways that degrade performance or bypass intended use.
• Scraping, data mining, or using automated tools to collect data from our Services without explicit permission.
• Accessing, using, or copying any part of the Services beyond what is authorized under our Terms of Service.

D. Intellectual Property and Content Violations

• Infringing, misappropriating, or violating any intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets.
• Distributing, reproducing, or modifying content obtained through our Services without appropriate authorization.
• Using SmartBuyers AI’s name, trademarks, logos, or branding in any way that implies an endorsement without our written consent.

E. Misrepresentation and Fraudulent Use

• Impersonating any individual, entity, or organization without authorization.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information when creating an account or using the Services.
• Using the Services for phishing scams, financial fraud, or deceptive advertising.

F. Abuse of AI Services

• Submitting Prompts that contain personal data of third parties without their consent.
• Using AI-generated Outputs to spread misinformation, defame individuals, or manipulate public opinion.
• Using the Services to generate content that promotes discrimination, hatred, or illegal activities.

2. Enforcement and Consequences

If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated this AUP, we may take one or more of the following actions:

• Issue a warning or require corrective actions.
• Suspend or terminate your access to the Services.
• Report the violation to law enforcement authorities where required or appropriate.
• Pursue legal action or other remedies to enforce our rights.

4. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
